How is it that no one brought up the wonderful wall of candy dispensers?

I know a guy that works for the contractor that did the security and sound system in that house. It's next level insane.

Hipsters that want to live nextdoor to a coffee shop and Whole Foods because they don't know how to boil water. Give me 1000 acres.

For the price tag of 188 million, that house is retarded looking. Did they let a 16 year old do all the interior work?

$733,000 montly note. Prequalify now!

21 bathrooms is a deal breaker. The amount of TP my wife and kids would use is unfathomable.

Why the hell is this on Zillow?

I don’t think anybody will be browsing Zillow and say “ ooh I want this $188M house.”

I think I have seen this house before on Dan Bilzarian's Instagram. I think it was one of his friends house.

I think it's more likely that something is just off with the price or it's listed that way for some awe factor I can't explain.

If you compare that house to the Bilzerian one on page 2, there isn't THAT much difference for the OP house to be worth 10x more.

The Blitzerian house was listed for 80 million in its most recent listing. Started at 100 million

Blitzerian house started at $3,750 a sq foot on a 0.61 acre lot

This house is at $4,947 a sq foot on a 1.08 acre lot

Listing prices are comparable

ETA: Further comparability. Blitzerian adress sold for 1.2 million in 2012

THen listed for 100 million in 2017

These were empty huge lots in LA where houses were built

I honestly do not get the appeal of a "house" that looks like a glorified fish tank. It's way too open aired, sharp but bland at the same time. Hard pass on that.

If I could have a big arse mansion, give me a nice, traditional, and patrician style house any day of the week like any of these that's New England colonial style or at least something close to it.

The Zillow link on page 2 for Bilzerian's house showed $19mil, that's what I was going off of.
