Any suggestions besides for stuff along the lines of the district or the millennium? El Cid sadly is out of my price range.

Are you a single dad? Why would you live in an apartment

I liked living at Indigo Park, but I also worked at a plant on 30. The pool area was legit and casina only a long walk away.

I lived for years at The Jefferson off Jefferson by Bocage. It's an older complex, but some units have been renovated because they are all personally owned. It's a great part of town, easy to get in and out or jump on the interstate. Less than a mile from towne center. There is no gym at it but it's directly next to a park with volleyball nets, a basketball court and just open field.

Lived in Lakeside Villas couple years ago but there was a murder there recently.

Perkins Rowe seems nice if $1500/month apartments are your thing.

Undefeated and still champ even if you can’t afford-

I lived in Tuscany Villas for a year but I would not recommend. Their management is absolutely horrible and the apartments aren't that great either.

The Enclave on Corporate is pretty nice. They have 2 pools and plenty of talent during the summer.

Lol. If Perkins Rowe is and you want to live in an apartment in br, you gonna be disappointed.

Staring Motel has surprisingly good monthly rates.

I lived at The District. It was nice and the pool was legit. Had all of the amenities.
But if you can’t afford el cid...idk what to tell you.

The Regent on millerville wasn’t bad.

I agree. El Cid for the win, baby.
Just don't scan your apartment with a black light before you move in. It's best to just not know.

Yea but you trade that off for the incredible “city life” feel of walking down stairs from your apartment, going around the block and buying a $13 coffee and scone from Starbucks, then shop at overpriced boutique stores or go to bland chain restaurants
