Similar thing happened to a few bays when I worked at Lowe’s on Seguin when I was in school. Delivery guy backed into upright on the cinder block bay and it collapsed and the bay next to it collapsed with concrete bricks. When he hit it he changed gears and ran into the Bagged concrete bay across the isle and almost collapsed it. When we thought it was safe we had to hurry and unload the shelves so they wouldn’t collapse either. Huge mess and he was fired.

I work in a warehouse and those things definitely weren’t set up correctly. They should be anchored to the floor and when that high, should also be anchored to the ceiling.
