what is misleading is Krag doesn't say how he ran after the 2 as Fisher was trying to deescalate the situation.

I say running up to him to give him a piece of his mind. In other words to say words back to Craig. You characterize it as if Kragthorpe is going to jump Craig.
If Jimbo Jr. stays out of it only words get exchanged unless you are dumb enough to believe a middle aged man with Parkinson's is looking for a fight.

This is the fight. After the push/shove by the bright red shirt, you see white shirt (faulk) come in and the crowd converges. you also see all of the purple shirts looking inwards and forming a circle. That's when the infamous picture is taken.
