Just to prove a point that he will never get over a .500 record at Kansas and that he needs talent to win. Some of y'all make him out to be the best coach to ever live. He won at LSU because it is easier to attract in state talent at LSU than most schools. He is not a coach who can take an under talented team and make them very competitive. Please go to Kansas.

Yup, Les never had a winning season till Saban left him talent

You act like Les Miles was the sub .500 coach we hired.
Also, why is it easier to attract in state talent here

The hate for Miles is hilarious.

And Orgeron is?

Can you provide a list of coaches that don't need talent to win?

Not many people on this board think Miles was an amazing coach. The vast majority wanted him fired.
Some on here can realize that, while it was time for him to go, he was a great man and did a lot for the university.
That does not equal a love fest for the man.

I just want the man for AD

Me too. Les is good for college football. He may not build kansas into a power but I can bet you he will pull of some upsets.

What does this even mean???
To win at a consostent level in CFB, you need talent. Period.
And...
It was time to move on from Les, but the idea that he was not a good head coach is just laughable.

Oklahoma State??
So if its easier to attract talent, why is your family saying we have none

He’s a good coach, and I love the man
But there’s a reason he’s still jobless
He fell arse backwards into a national championship after an absurdly crazy week of college football that we will probably never see again
The stubbornesss of the guy to adapt was asinine. That 2011 season was amazing but even then, 21-0 will always linger

I think its a long road before any coach goes 500 at Kansas ! Don't know how that makes you feel better or what it has to do with LSU and our potent offense?

I can’t wait. Only a bum wouldn’t be able to win big at Kansas.

Les Miles is a good coach, and a winner.
He will do well at kansas, get that program competitive/stable, and lay a good foundation for their next coach.
I wish him well. We had a fun ride with him and he will forever be a memorable part of LSU football history.
