There are some stories you can google about his shitty daughter who was some kind of druggie that had taken over his life in latter years to get at his money.

Basically lived the last few years as a prisoner.

I meant the movies themselves not him individually. Although I have no idea if he was in any financial trouble or not.

ETA I wasn’t sure how to word it meaning his movies, can see the confusion with the “highest grossing actor” tho.
