Who gives a frick. College football does not exist for gamblers.

By definition gambling is taking a risk on the unknowns. This is part of the unknowns. Brossette owed gamblers nothing. He did the right thing. Orgeron proceeding to call plays instead of just taking the knee was the weomg thing.

Well besides the gambling angle, it was dumb to do what Brossette did. In that situation, you go for the score and the points. The chances are much better for a fumble and a scoop and score to tie it up than answering the LSU td with a quick td, and then converting an onside kick.

I really don't follow Brossette's logic in that decision other than he was trying to get cute as though LSU had a 3 score lead on them or something.

frick a bettor. Todd Gurley did the same thing a few weeks ago and it's the right call.

So, did Brosette bet on us not covering or did O bet on us to cover?

How does the defense not get any blame by the gambler's?

They gave up the spread in the fourth quarter.

Score the TD and the clock stops, set the field for a field goal. Set the field for a Kickoff. Set the field for Arkansas to play two snaps. All that takes 20 minutes. Take the dive and you're out of the cold in a tight 90 seconds. I know that wasn't the logic behind what he was doing, but I would've bought it.

For the Tiger Fans who actually made the trip and sat in that cold night air as Burrow's overzealous arse 'tried' to lose the game, we were very pleased with the ending.

smart and big money went on the under. It isn’t LSUs responsibility to “cover”. It’s their responsibility to win games. If you’re not willing to lose, don’t gamble.

Style points matter in college. This isn’t the NFL where that shite doesn’t matter.

To those saying going for the TD is dumb because of the potential scoop and score fumble...what he did actually makes no sense. Why didn’t we just go in the victory formation? He actually risked fumbling/scoop and score 3 times in a row. If you’re going to take that risk, why aren’t you scoring? Our offense has been abysmal and needs all the points it can get. SE and O need all the help they can get to help out those putrid offensive rankings.

It was the dumbest shite I’ve seen in a long time. Brosette and the team took the risk 3 times with NO payoff. Why? Why no victory formation? I felt like I was taking crazy pills.
