Can I do anything about power flickers?

The power flickers once every day or week at my house, and shuts everything off. Clocks need to be reset. DirecTV has to download again. Computer resets. I'm worried it's gonna frick something up, and it's a huge PITA resetting all of the clocks.
Short of getting a UPS for every single thing in my house, do I have any options?
I'm also looking at getting a new UPS for my computer. Eaton gets good reviews from tech guys. My computer's power supply is 750w. They make one that is good for 600w, and one that is good for 900w. Price difference is $70. Which one do yall think I should go for? Should I also be looking at APC and Cyberpower (they are similar prices)?

This will probably do the trick.

Didn't read all that, but do your neighbors have the same issue? Could be just you.

Have you had your electric company put a recording volt meter on it yet?

This happened at an older house we lived at a few years ago a 8-10 times a day. Finally after years of ignoring it a storm hit and it got worse so we called the electric company. Lineman can out and looked at the box up the street and it turned out to be a loose connection. Fixed it in 5 minutes and haven't had an issue since.

You have either an undersized transformer or service line to your house...call your electric company and complain.

No answer for your power problem but I thought I'd weigh in and say that radio controlled (atomic) clocks are awesome. Every clock I own is radio controlled and never have to be set, even after power outages. And they set themselves back and forward during DST changes. And they are always accurate to the second with U.S. atomic time.
