So your buffalo wing sauce is just basically regular hot sauce? Do you toss them?

Crystal makes a wing sauce that's pretty damn good. Sweet Baby Ray's Sweet Red Chilin Wing Sauce is awesome. If I'm making my own, I use a stick of butter, a bottle of Crystal's, a cup of honey, and a 1/2 teaspoon or less of Carolina Reaper powder.

Crystal is the majority, yes. I add sriracha, slap ya mama, onion powder, garlic powder. The powders help thicken it up for tossing and add some flavor. This is if I'm controlling calories.. if I'm not caring about calories, I'll add butter. Probably about 2-to-1 ratio of butter/hot sauce and fry the wings in lard.

If I'm not doing the traditional butter/Frank's, I like the Hooter's Daytona Beach sauce. There are plenty of recipes online for it.

Moore’s for me also, however I can’t find the original like you posted anymore

It used to always be at Walmart. I wonder if it found it's way into Great Value brand because they are pretty close I think. Or it's just been so long since I've had Moore's.

Looks like you can buy Moore's online.

I don't really measure but something like this:

stick of butter
Frank's or Louisiana Hot Sauce
4-5 habanero small diced and sauteed
2-3 jalapeno small dice and sauteed
2 serrano small dice and sauteed
garlic powder
pepper

I'll remove seeds and membrane on some of the peppers depending on who is eating the wings...a nice heat control.

I make both every time because I like both, and the DW prefers the white.

Equal parts Tobasco Pepper Jelly (red label) and Tiger Sauce. Combine in a saucepan and warm until jelly is melted. Fiya.

I’ve made that recipe numerous times and it’s good but the premade Frank’s wing sauce from the store is very nearly just as good.

If I’m going out of my way to make wings as well as possible, I’ll usually follow that Anchor Bar one and then do some lemon pepper. The Franks premade is good if I’m being lazy or want something to dip chicken fingers or pork rinds into.

Crystal hot sauce + butter is decent too.
