It sounds like the Braves would move Riley and one of their pitching prospects. The Marlins want Soroka or Newcomb in the deal and the Braves haven’t offered them in the trade with Riley.

Well, we have one starter in Roark and didn’t give up much. Will the Reds go after two more starters? Will we get an OF? Will we unload Homer and his albatross and trade Scooter? This has me excited. The Reds haven’t been this involved in the off-season since the late 80’s early 90’s. Involved as at least acting like they are trying to make trades and sign players.

We need atleast another starter and an OF, not sure how serious we are with Realmuto but assume we'd say goodbye to Barnhart with that move. You're right though, we haven't been this active in years. Love the offseason so far.
