A Texas Christian University student who was arrested in September on hazing charges was discovered dead on a campus sidewalk Thursday.

Andrew Walker, 19, of Westford, Mass., died of an apparent suicide caused by “blunt force trauma from a fall,” the Tarrant County medical examiner’s office stated, according to Dallas Morning News. Police said Walker jumped from the “fourth floor of the apartment complex parking garage,” WFAA reported.

Walker and Christopher Thorne Barksdale, 19, were arrested last month on hazing charges that involved the Kappa Sigma fraternity. The pledges were allegedly forced to drink large quantities of alcohol.

Guilt and possible jail time is a tough pill to swallow.

I can think of plenty of way less painful ways to go. He probably suffered for a while jumping from only 4 stories.

The kid really went head-long into his hazing defense.

I’m sure the stress of the arrest contributed but for all we know he was horribly depressed anyways.

Guilt for "making" an 18 yr old kid drink liquor? So much so that the pledge had to go get checked out at the hospital? Oh that and a DWI... WOW plexiglass houses must be nice

Carbon monoxide poisoning is painless, but it's an exhausting process.

19 years old is far too young, what a shame
The kid made a mistake engaging in peer pressure of drinking in a college frat, people saying Karma are retarded.
I feel bad for that family

I guarantee he had raging depression linked to trying to be something he's not in life and on social media

And probably worried how this could affect his future.

People are dumb. Drinking at a young age should be fun. You don't punish someone by making them drink. Keep the kids sober.

Not surprised. They were always the weakest ones.

Wasn’t Hillary just in Texas?

He only jumped from the fourth floor? That had to hurt.
He must've had some other mental issues or been drunk when he made that decision
