I really wish all suicidal people would at least speak to one family member first and understand how much (most likely) they are loved. I think a big problem is that many families don’t express love like they should. Very sad.

There should be an alternative. I believe if we opened a sky diving experience that offers you the chance to commit suicide that many would take the opportunity to change their way of thinking forever.
If giving the opportunity to change your mind midway thru(pull the cord to live and change your life forever) most would. Kind of morbid but could really work.

[link=(I can think of plenty of way less painful ways to go. He probably suffered for a while jumping from only 4 stories)]LINK[/link]

Seriously it’s beside the main point but you could survive a four-story fall and be quadriplegic. It’s like if we’re going to do it and make sure there are no options like that like the girl who shot herself in the face and lived. Someone suggested he might be worried about his future and for some reason it made me think of the Oklahoma student who chanted that song with the N-word on bus and it went viral. Wonder how he got on with his life

He just couldn't go on with life, being a convicted hazer and all. These dainty snowflakes just have no spine at all. Prayers sent.

Supposedly he hazed a kid that got alcohol poisoning, and he brought the kid to the hospital to get his stomach pumped. After that ordeal, the parents were adamant on pressing charges. I’m sure after he got charged with hazing, he committed suicide.

But who's going to clean up the parachutes for those that go through with it?

Subcontract it out to a biohazard company. Tax write off.

I really feel for this kid. 19 with a highly publicized arrest and a DWI. With all of that going on while he was still a teen, I'm guessing that he thought he was doomed to a shite life (when he really still could've had a great future).

I had a couple of friends in college who were in similar situations and who quickly turned their lives around.

Sucks to lose someone this way.

That's somebody's boy who is never coming home again. It's sad as frick.

I did some boneheaded shite at 19 and don't even get me started on Perry Bowl (LSU football hazing event) where the crabs were hazed far beyond what this kid did.

Heartbreaking for this kid's family.

His chapter was suspended, so he may have been the brunt of animosity from his brothers, and the other guy charged was expelled, and he was due in court. Could be a lot of stress on a guy half-a-country away from his family. I don't know if his self-inflicted punishment really fit his crime.

Gotta feel for his family.

LSU has its share of yankees. Some kids want to go away to college. Dallas/FW isn't the worst place to have a southern college experience.

It's probably safe to assume he was drunk when he made this decision. No sober person would jump from 4 stories and expect to die
