I got this text saying this is the last day to remove your name from the petition? I don’t remember signing anything this year.

Is that graphic trying to reach out to trashy people of St. George? Do they not know St. George has no trashy people?
I think they reused a graphic meant for a different part of Baton Rouge.

I responded back “ nah I’m good, thanks though”. No response back.

I just texted STOP back and got a reply that said i have been successfully removed from the text.
I want St George to make it because i truly want to see Gravy, Broome, Silky, and all the other BR together tards to cry

The thing that pisses me off the most is that the groups trying to stop St. George are flat out liars by saying St. George is trying to break away from BR, when in truth they are not part of the city even now.

And the fact that the VAST majority of “better together” and “one btr” signs are all outside of the proposed city limits. Drive downtown. Spanishtown is full of the signs.

My house is in the city limits but the end my street is in St George. I still hope it passes. I think it would be good for the parish. I probably wouldn't pull my kid out of private school anyway at this point.

Because OneBR is full of deadbeat white guilt liberals

I have grand kids, I finished paying for private school years ago.
I'm looking at the big picture here and I think an ISD would help bring families back to EBR.
Furthermore, the more I see if how the C-P operates, I think a smaller sized local govt. could work a whole lot better than the hot mess we see now.
EBR doesn't have a money problem, we have a leadership problem.

We'd probably move if we had more than one school aged kid.

Why are there people so afraid of this coming to a vote?

If better together thinks the SG people are all racists why would they want them to be part of BR

I hope I get it.

If you'd go to the SG Facebook page, there is a graph of general fund spending increases in the parish and an associated graph indicating how much the population has grown.
It's a steep climb on the spending, and a far less climb on the population side.
It says a lot about what's going on.

I have absolutely zero affiliation with Baton Rouge or even the state of Louisiana, and I want to see st George succeed.
