Right when I wake up every day. I usually wake up, go pour a cup of coffee, then proceed straight to the bathroom. As regular as it gets. If I ever can't go, it messes up my entire routine.

I was like clock work..Once about an hour before leaving for work. About a year ago I got constipated which turned into hemorrhoids. The hemorrhoids would come and go but I think I turned the corner where I am back to once a day and no pain. I started taking a multi-vitamin and eating better...less bread.

I poop at 7:30 every day immediately before I shower.
Get dressed and out the door at 7:50.

Yeah, that happens to me a few times a month, especially after a greasy dinner the night before.
Nothing like that tiny step walk while squeezing my butt closed. Those last few steps to the restroom are brutal because the turd knows it's time to go.

2-3 times per day on average, but I don't think much of it if I shite 5 or 6 times in a day. And I just hit 40, so old age hasn't been a deterrent yet.
