re: Youth Skeet Semi Auto Recs

My son started getting interested in skeet/trap a few years ago. I got him a Weatherby element. Very underrated! That gun has performed very well and is definitely in your price range.
Serious question... Are the men/women that make up the military reserves considered in this #? I know one (Air Force reserve) that was sent home this morning from a training program due to the shutdown.
That’s what I wondering. I think he’ll tone it down for a little while… then go back to playing his part in the echo chamber.
I don’t boil them on the stove, but I season and steam the fairly often. Great quick meal.
We just host lunch and have all the Moms in the family over.
I second most of what has been said above, besides Herby K’s…. Add these to choose from as well

Zuzul Coastal Cuisine
Frank's Pizza Napoletana
Kush’s
El Cabo Verde
I'm not an educator or a professor by any means. And I understand completely that it starts and ends with the home. But there has to be consequences somewhere.

If the parents were doing what they should, then these issues wouldn't be a problem in the first place. However, If the kid is not facing consequences at home, the answer is not for them to have no consequences at school either.

Inconvenience the kid. If that doesn't work, inconvenience the kid enough that is also inconveniences the parent. Eventually something will change.
Passing the kid to the next grade when they weren't present enough to meet the state minimums isn't the answer either. Nor is fixing the grades at the end of the period from F's to D's so they pass they class.

It used to be when you got ISS, there was a teacher in there that made sure you did noting but your work all day.

Hand out Saturday and after school detentions. When a parent has their day disrupted they may make a better effort to make their kids do what they are supposed to.
Oh it for sure falls on the parents. They are most of the cause for the entitlement that these kids think they have.
You are absolutely right. I can only speak for Caddo Parish, but it is an absolute joke.

All work can be made up at anytime for full credit. It doesn't matter if you were out that day unexcused, or if you just didn't want to do it. It can all be made up.

Missed 22 days and over 100 classes marked as tardy .... does not matter. No ISS, No Saturday school, No consequence. Blows my mind.

It's ridiculous, and the teachers pass the kid no matter what.
This has been on our list to try for a while, but we always get mixed reviews from everyone who has been. It's either fantastic or not worth the $$. Maybe they just aren't consistent? :dunno:

Either way, we'll give it a shot at some point. I wish SHV/Bossier had better BBQ options.
I guess by your way of thinking, no one should be on the roads at all either.

I'm sure these two groups of hunters caused very little issue compared to the amount of idiots that can't drive when the road is wet, much less snow and ice.

:booboo:
Better to be safe than sorry, bring copies of court docs with you to plshow if requested.

I went a few years ago, flew into Calgary, was picked out at Customs and questioned about my record. I had read that it could be an issue, so I brought copies of my court docs and dismissal with me in my carry on. Showed ‘em the paperwork and was good to go.

Nope, not interested in parting with it. It was a gift, and by the way it sounds, a fairly decent one.
Anything with the 1lb chubs of hamburger meat…. Mostly spaghetti. To this day spaghetti is my least favorite meal.

I still have the one that was gifted to me back in 2016. I don’t duck hunt anymore either, not that I won’t…just don’t have the time. I’m not far from Mansfield. I’ll have to look up his restaurant if he’s still there.

Have had a 590 for 3 years now. Not sure if the quality has changed since I bought mine, but it was well worth the $$.

I have never had any sort of issues with mine. However, I use mine as a smoker, not a grill. I have a Weber and Blackstone for cooks requiring higher heat. The hottest my Recteq has ever been ran was in the initial but in.
I live very close to my wife's parents and grand parents, as well as my parents. I'm happy to help then anyway I can. Hopefully my kids, grandkids etc. will feel the same way.

Give Marilynn's Place a go.
They said it was M-F and 1/2 day Sat. Saturday Noon came and they said we were working all day and and Sunday too. Went to lunch and didn't go back.
