I believe what he was implying is that his child had manners and was respectful of others and understood what it meant to wait his/her turn. In other words, he has been a parent to his child and while for this type of event, it didn't turn out the way they both wanted it to, I have to believe that just based upon this information alone, he is setting his child up for better and future success when he/she gets older.

But isn't the amount of the rent higher if taxes are higher? Can the renter pay taxes directly?

Agree.
Funny though. Went to Quarters for the first time on Friday, and I was expecting so much worse based on this board. But it was pretty decent. We were only 1 of 2 groups there. Had the whole arcade to ourselves, and our bowling lane was on the opposite end of the other group. Place was kept very clean and didn’t have 10+ games out of service like other arcades.
Granted, it was from like 3-5pm.. but it was much better than expected.

The cultcha will be TG's downfall in BR.

There is a time and place for everything. Playgrounds even in wealthy white neighborhoods always have plenty of shite head kids. There are plenty of rich white parents that don’t make their kids obey rules, listen, or use manners. Saying this was only because it was a bunch of black kids is racist and BS.
If your kid is shy and being pushed around, you don’t simply say let’s leave. You have to prompt them to toughen up and be aggressive to get their time. That’s part of being a kid and growing up.

He wasn't saying it was only because they were black he was saying that they happened to be some little bad arse heathens that were black.

So you want him to completely change his child's personality so he can steal the ball back from some bad arse kids? WTF

Part of being a kid is acting like you have no home training? You sound like a travel ball father

And ????
A triple net lease (triple-Net or NNN) is a lease agreement on a property where the tenant or lessee agrees to pay all real estate taxes, building insurance, and maintenance (the three "nets") on the property in addition to any normal fees that are expected under the agreement (rent, utilities, etc.).
I don't know too many businesses that have a lease that isn't triple net was my point.

Not arguing, just saying the property owner has to recover his expenses and pay for his property and improvements in seven years or so.
I never heard the term triple net lease, but it makes sense.
My question was can the tenant pay the property taxes to the sheriff himself? And then why would the property owner let him do it? How would he know it's being paid?

How about instead of teaching your kid how to be a passive aggressive racist you teach them how to not be a push over. You are saying all th other kids were playing too rough, key words all the others. So your kid didn’t fit in because they didn’t know how to be more agressive.
Just now seeing this but I was just waiting for some dumbass like yourself to try to saunter up here with your tripe. Every bit of what you posted here has something wrong with it and even though I am not a violent person by any means I am about ready to meet you at Sonic you fricking tool!

By the way, nowhere did I say this. See this is the tactics your type uses, embellish what is really said then twist the meaning of the trigger word(racist) and water it down to where it loses the whole meaning and definition it was intended to have. This crap of crying wolf does real racism victims a dis-service but oh yeah go champion yourself as a white knight for social justice...oh wait I can't say that either or you will accuse me of more racism.

It may have had something to do with your spelling and grammar.
