TDFreak, I highly doubt you would have the wherewithal nor the gall to say that to S’s face.

He’s a bozo who could only dream of reaching this level of opulence, Paul. So is that fat lady named after a drink.

The Top Golfs here in Houston are always packed. But there are 10x more people here than BR to support them.

The owners have to find a way to keep the culcha element away. They'll tear the place up. It's not someplace that they can just loiter around for free, so that's a plus.

Well I am just recounting this anecdotally so take it at face value but I took my 8 year old daughter, who is small and reserved/mannerly, to a trampoline park(Sky zone clone) one Sunday afternoon in a mixed part of town. She was insistent on jumping but we were literally the only Caucasian persuasion folks there. She was pushed around and off of jumping squares, had the basketball taken away from her about as soon as she got it from waiting patiently for her turn on the basketball goal areas...just the general idea was we both had a crappy time. Unfortunately I think this is a consideration of sorts but it doesn't just happen in a vacuum either.

They are opening a trampoline activity place in Denham Springs. Not sure of the name. I thought it was sky zone?

120K a year isn't that high for a facility that big at that location.
Remember the property owner pays the property taxes, buys some insurance and some maintenance items.

Ever heard of a triple net lease?

My brother's kids had a similar run in with tiny culcha at a splash pad in Atlanta when he went to visit my sister over the summer. At first he wasn't sure how to handle the situation as the little hood rats had no parents around that he could see.

That’s before they pay a single other bill to run that business.

Back when Skate Galaxy was owned by the original owners, the rent there was a little over 10k a month as well. But we easily paid that bc we packed the place every weekend with 50-60 parties. Birthday parties are what kept that place running like clockwork. The general public admission is a bonus income really bc you cant rely on it to keep you afloat. Im not sure if the owner of skyzone pushed parties or not but if not, they wouldve closed pretty soon anyway.

You will be sadly mistaken here in Atl people have no other choice but to hang around because the wait is usually 2 hours. And that don't know if you're waiting or hanging out. But of course BR will show their true colors and discriminate.

Again this is just my experience and observation but at the event I mentioned earlier and places like Chuck E Cheese, and some other places like a water park for example...the parental element was severely lacking. It may be a cultural thing perhaps, not sure and generalizing to an extent of course but I would have not noticed this nor cared had it not been so in your face with the poor behavior and clear lack of parenting happening.

Sky zone has been closed a while now. But my kids enjoyed Area 51 more sky zone was too tame for kids. They made them form lines to jump in the foam pit.

And... the building owner doesn't always pay insurance, maintenance and taxes. All depends on the lease.

How about instead of teaching your kid how to be a passive aggressive racist you teach them how to not be a push over. You are saying all th other kids were playing too rough, key words all the others. So your kid didn’t fit in because they didn’t know how to be more agressive.
