If Ford cannot be at the hearing on Monday, that's fine. Take the vote and she is welcome to come back and have her say after Kav is sworn in to the SC. The bitch will never be heard from again.

Is there anything in the Senate rules stating that she had the duty to bring this "information" to light when she first knew about it? Would love to see her go down for something.

Hell, let her testify by video as long as there are representatives in the room to ensure she isn’t being coached for the question.
Point is to get her under oath, to testify before Kavanaugh, and to make her make concrete allegations that can be addressed.
If she can’t do that much, give her the Billy Madison treatment, award her no points, and may God have mercy on her soul.
