This party consists of you, your best friend and 3 other boys. Your best friend suddenly leaves the party and says nothing to you. Would this be remarkable in your mind? Would you not be asking your best friend later that night or the next day what happened, where did you go, why didn't you let me know you were leaving, etc. Once you learned that someone attempted to rape your best friend, would you not be curious as to why you were left to be the next victim? If this party had occurred, her best friend would have remembered! She remembers no such party. Case closed!

Dims have said they will stop this nomination "by any means necessary". They meant it! The sooner we realize this and throw away the conservative playbook, the better off we all will be. This shite has to STOP! I see a lot of people on this site talking about one side playing 3-D chess while the other side is playing checkers. I don't care what kind of chess you are playing, if one side is playing by the rules and the other isn't...the side not playing by the rules will win every time. First win the war, then make nice if you feel you have to.

Other illegal acts are typically a lot easier to prove. Sexual misconduct usually takes place in a private setting.

There is a reason that the approval ratings for Congress have been in the single digits for years. Even the Hilldawg can get double-digit approval ratings. Never mind that her supporters appear to have single-digit IQs. When was the last time Congress took a bold stance and did the right thing? I don't think voting for tax cuts was all that bold.

Maybe all Kav needs is the dates and location of any vacation that summer. That would make his alibi more credible than Ford's accusation, at least by Dimwit standards.
Women will be heard if there is proof, evidence, witnesses, reported in a timely fashion, etc. 35+ years in what is obviously a political hit...nobody's listening. Situations like this cause great harm to women who have credible cases. This has the smell of dirty politics from the very beginning. Examine all of the players. Sexual abuse is not a political issue!

There should be no negotiations with allegations of this nature. Anyone telling the truth with supporting evidence would be begging to be heard, not negotiating to be heard.

She is trying to avoid a perjury charge. Suppose she does not testify and signs a book deal instead? What do you think that might be worth. Consider all of the last week to be free advertising for the book.
Trump made Twitter and he can destroy them. Before Trump, Twitter was looking for a buyer and NOBODY wanted it. If he were to change platforms, or better yet, start his own, Twitter would be done.
Resign hell! Send in a seal team and drag his arse out of there.
Unfortunately that is the only thing the average citizen can do. The government does not seem capable of much more.
