I've enjoyed reading all of the various opinions about LVVV on here as well as other forums. I'm
I'm for less than .02 per share so I feel like I have a good chance to come out ahead. I slightly regret not taking some profit when it went over .03 a few weeks back but I think I'll have another opportunity. If it goes back up to .03 I could sell 2/3 of what I have and the rest would be a "free" lotto ticket....but I really do like the long term niche of producing clones.

My understanding is that extensions aren't uncommon, especially with less established companies. If they come out Monday with numbers that show promising revenues I'll be happy.

Enjoy your trip to Europe. Hopefully you'll return to a nice plate of crow....and from reading your post you seem like you'd be cool with "being wrong" if it meant others having a more tangible victory.

True although usually if a micro is trying to uplift they make sure they file on time.

Given LVVV hasn’t even gotten their year end audit done I guess it doesn’t matter. No uplift anytime soon.

Also their 7xclones.com website seems to be down and when up showed prices of zero lol ..I know it was probably technical issues ... but just not convinced these guys have a clue

Again though - I make nothing if I am right and nothing if I am wrong. If others can make thousands (and buy me a charity beer with it), hope to be wrong.

That being said, having seen their website (you know before it shut down), seeing they cant get an audit out if their life depended on it, seeing they cant get a q out on time, seeing the debt game they are playing.... I am as convinced as ever these evil geniuses have not developed some complex blockchain verification system out of thin air and were trying to push clones one at a time online because there are not thousands going out the door balk.

LVVV needs an accountant. The guy runs his company like he takes cash out of the register to hurry down to the grocery store to pay his deliquent light bill. Either it is intentionally shady, they are legit retarded, or are getting high off their own supply.

That said, I bought another 50k yesterday.

I believe in the bounce. I'm not feeling that this ever gets above .04 per share, but it's gonna go above .025. I bought 50k at .019, That's an easy $250.

Oh they use accountants. I mean the guy that compiled the financials use to work for an audit firm …. until it got disbarred by the SEC.

Oh they named an auditor last year and made a big deal about it. That Firm, AMC, is the remnants of a firm that was... banned. They never issued an audit report.

Then they actually got audited by a firm in BF Borgers that has probably the worse inspection report ever from their regulator (in top 5 atleast): topLINK

7 audits inspected, 7 fails with an astounding number of errors in each. Not bad.

So far this year, no sign of an audit report.

I wonder how Bill manages the misfortune of only finding and using the worse of the worse. Must just be bad luck? LOL Peculiar since he is 'doing this the right way'.

Of course if he accidently hired someone that knew what they were doing, the little debt game may not work quite as well.

I am sure the $0 price was simply because the website was made by a 5 year old. Ofcourse it has been down for days now so who knows.

That is the beauty of this stock - everything that is observable is complete and utter crap - filings, website, not getting a recreational license and so on. But the hidden is apparently worth billions and it is embarrassing this gem is only valued at 20 million. LOL.

Surprised they were pushing for individual clone sales on a cheap website to begin with when mass producers clearly are going to buy their clones by the thousands. Lmao.
