I put an order in for 15k ish shares at .031, but it executed at .027. good for me, but very strange.

Either Market Makers keeping it down or some other seller intentionally trying to walk down the price so they can scoop up a pile of shares. The price dropped from around .03 to .028 on a sale of just 55 shares. That’s manipulation.

Someone on the other board posted this yesterday - may not see the uplist until the government shutdown is done:

This is the kind of thing that drives me nuts and screams Market Maker manipulation:
We get good news, instantly people are doing decent sized trades AT THE ASK of .032, and instead of the ask going up, the ask price gets walked down in very small trades. When people are buying AT the ask based on news, logic dictates that the ask go up, not down.
Exactly what I’m talking about.
Though to you for getting a deal.
Market Makers know we are poised for a run, and they are accumulating shares. Until we start getting over 5 million trading volume, we are easy pickings for manipulation - though that’s great for those of us still buying. It’s frustrating to see it not just going straight up at all times, but our days are coming. I still look to tne end of Q2 for when we start doing big things.
