I thought a lot of his complaints were kind of warranted. They have a small neighborhood and they don't want a big business coming in and ruining the small town feel.

He specifically mentioned he didn't want big trucks using his driveway to turn around and what not. Looks like him and the CEO are on good terms though and he's cool with it.

Yeah, but the reality is that the warehouses are already there. If LVVV didn’t use them, eventually someone else would again. But his concerns about road conditions, speed limit, etc. were reasonable. Especially his lone paved driveway being the designated turnaround spot for big vehicles.

Now we need to state licnse for that location, but buildout on the nursery will begin now.

So can we expect a spike and then a pull back and then what is the next "level" of approvals or conditions that need to be met in order for LVVV to start selling and earning revenue?

Hell yes! Thanks for the link dad!

Bill seems like a good dude giving the neighbors his cell if they have any concerns. Yeah the neighbor was hilarious...”in my 20+ years researching and growing this product...”

For this location, we immediately start buildout of the building, which could take a while (a month or two I’m guessing). We also need to state license for that location too, which at the earliest would be around 30 days.

But keep in mind that we are already up and running at Coachella and should see revenue from there in the next couple weeks. Also have the distribution license which should be generating revenue. I expect to see decent revenue by the end of Q1 and revenue from Paso Robles hopefully in Q2.

and then a pull back

The pullback would all depend on how hard they push this and when the uplisting happens. If we have this PR on Tuesday (market closed Monday), then a week later get the uplisting, then a week later show revenues, we could start a sustained climb. Then again it could be this PR then silence until Q1 reports are issued.

I’m going to buy more now and try to sell and start pulling profits.
Bill probably is a good thinking mind and strategist, but he is no public speaker or PR person based on what I just saw. I would bet we will get announcement then silence causing a pull back

He has been pretty consistent with tweets so far this year, which is a change from last year. But I think it all depends on the uplisting. Of course something like this news will necessitate a tweet and a press release, but I think he holds off on any hard pumping until the uplist, then it’s ON. But that uplist could happen any day now or not for another month. No telling.

I really want to flip 100K with the intent of rebuying on the pullback, but I always get cold feet because I never know when we’ll get that sustained run. If we run up for a few days, I’ll probably set a stop-loss and do it that way.

But Coachella can potentially crank out $150,000+ in revenue every 3-4 weeks now. If that starts happening AND they pump that fact...

ETA: Joe that's up right now talking about scrubbers and odor getting into the wine grapes. Sooooo I may be able to drink my wine AND get some MJ effects? If so, I am even more in (although I can't do MJ because of my job ).

Damn, you just missed the .027s?

I’d grab your shares anyway. Those few tenths of a cent won’t matter by Tuesday.. With the market closed Monday, that gives us a 3 day weekend for news to spread. Tuesday should be pretty wild.

Yea I ended up getting it at 0.0299

ETA: Sold my stake in another stock that was pretty stagnant over the last year to increase the shares I could buy of LVVV. Lost $8 total on the old shares. Think I'll make that $8 back easily.

I just did some quick math, I know now exactly how much a $0.001 difference makes in my overall investment.

I got 37K more shares at .029 about 20 min ago. Up since.

These are to flip. Hits .04, they are gone.

That is my plan. I'm going to use all shares over a set number to just attempt to sell and flip. Hopefully, I can do it a few times and turn those shares into 1.5-2x what the initial shares where.

I wish I had done that in October and bought them all back in December.

I just know the minute I sell 100,000, they are going to announce the uplist or clone sales and it’s going to take off running.

I’ve been finding money anywhere and everywhere to buy LVVV. Checking under all the seat cushions. Kid’s tuition payment due? Just charge it, move it to a 0% interest card for 9 months, and use that money for LVVV.

Random question for anyone in this thread:

I've never tried to sell a particular lot of shares I previously bought. Is it possible to only sell a certain group of shares on Fidelity?

I.e. If one of my first lots I bought at $0.04 vs I have some at $0.019. If I was to sell shares at say $0.04, can I sell the ones with the actual profit only?

Realistically, you think this will get to .05/.06?
