He is a Hispanic version of that white lady, Rachel Dolezal, that claimed to be black.

He tried joining the Hispanic Caucus back in 2013 and was denied because he is not Hispanic

El Paso Lawmaker Can't Join Hispanic Caucus; Some Seek Rule Change

O’Rourke, whose nickname is popular among Latinos, is not a member because he lacks Hispanic heritage. The exclusion comes despite the fact that O’Rourke — who beat eight-term House member and former CHC Chairman Silvestre Reyes — represents a district that is 80 percent Hispanic and whose voting-age population is 77.6 Hispanic, according to 2010 U.S. census figures.

Isn't this type of culture appropriation behavior detested by progressives. They must really be hating on Beto right now. Unless they are completely fake of course.

You"re not making any sense. Are you trying to say Hispanics are a race? Because they aren't. Are you trying to say that some Hispanics aren't white? WTF do you think most of the Spanish are?

No he's not. He's never claimed to be hispanic. As usual in politics everyone is attacking him for the unimportant nickname he's had since he was a kid. He grew up in El Paso, a border community, that is overwhelmingly hispanic. Is it any wonder he, Robert, ended up with the nickname "Beto". The number of threads on this, like it's a big reveal, that no one in TX knows any of this and you're informing them, is pretty hilarious.

He's just a liberal, running for a statewide race in red TX, which he will lose. He matches his city and a few metro areas in TX but he doesn't match TX as it is currently composed.

I just received a text from someone from his campaign asking if I'll be voting for him or Cruz (no idea how they got my number).

My reply:

1 of 2: Beto? Hmm sounds Hispanic. I'm Hispanic. Yes, he's got my vote!
(I'm not Hispanic)

2 of 2: Why would I vote for Robert Francis O'Rourke, a white male attempting to dupe voters in to thinking he's Hispanic only to receive cheap votes derived off of identity politics?

Joseph Cao tried to join the Congressional Black Caucus the two years he represented New Orleans but they didn’t let his Asian arse in.

Beto isn’t Hispanic. He doesn’t even have a window sticker memorial on his vehicles back glass

Doesn’t O’Rourke speak fluent Spanish? If he can relate to the Hispanic citizens of his state, that’s a good thing.

Hispanic Caucus, Black Caucus, they're all racist. We should have a White Caucus.
