Ensminger. Sullivan. Pomansky. Orgeron.

4 headed monster.

I expect Florida 90’s style with a touch of Oregon late 2000’s

Hard to believe there are people on this board who really think we will wipe the floor with Miami.

Many say Miami is overrated. But, if LSU loses to them, the story will change just like State last year.

2008: #24 Bama vs. #9 Clemson, neutral site, Bama won 34-10.

Not saying it'll be that lopsided, or if we're as good a team as Bama was in 08, but I have the feeling that Miami is just overrated enough, and we're just underrated enough, that we'll really hit them in the mouth and make a statement.

24-10, Tigers.

They think a lot. It quite comical at times.

LSU will struggle with Miami. It will be a defensive battle for a while. Miami has more experience at QB, a stable of very talented RBs. An All-American WR. They’re coached well and they’ll be ready and in it to prove a point. Our defense can match their offense.

LSU will have to be discipline on offense and able to protect the ball to stay in the game. Special Teams will be key.

I still think we win, but close. FG in the 4th, maybe. 23-20

Yeah, I had asked in the other poll thread about why Texas was ranked.

They have the talent to be top 25 again and Tom Herman is perceived as an elite coach. Also the Big 12 is a creampuff of a conference with half of your conference rivals being guaranteed W’s

I really don’t think it’s that odd to see them there

Five of their six losses last year were by a combined 25 points. Their defense should be solid again and they get #15, #16 and #17 in Austin. If Ehrlinger emerges at QB, they could be pretty good.

Nah there are no excuses if we lose to Miami. The only viable excuse would be that Miami just plain out coached us. The talent on both teams is at the very least equal so coaching will be the deciding factor like it is most of the time in the SEC anyway.

Same. but going with 17-14. going to be a snoozefest as far as offense is concerned

All accusations of wanting LSU to fail should be directed to Upperdecker, and Upperdecker alone.

Myself, TigerLunatik, Justice, Solo Cam, LSUCajun77, etc. do not associate with this line of thinking.

Thank you for your support.

5Dimes released its updated Week 1 College Football Lines on Friday and Miami has gone from a 1-point favorite against the Tigers to a 2.5-point underdog.

Line has been all over the place the past few weeks.

i think you can interchange any of these teams and be accurate....preseason polls aren't worth the paper they are printed on usually....ready to start the games!

Keep fighting the good fight bro, but it's more fun for some people to accuse people of hating the coach. I think it makes them feel better for some reason.

If we manage to start out 3-0, we should easily be top 10 and have the most impressive early season resume
