Were you oxygen deprived as an infant? Why would you say bacon?

I’ll second crawfish and salmon.

Sushi
Whataburger (not bad but no better than any other regional fast food franchise that people who live in the region think is the greatest thing ever while people from outside the region can't figure out what the fuss is all about.)

I could eat Buffalo wings 5x a week and not get tired of them.

The problem with chicken wings is few people do them right

Salmon. Maybe it's just me, but every time I have it I am disappoint.

That describes Crab cakes for me.

I agree with bacon. It’s great but not THAT great.

Also Zax/Canes/Chick sauces.

You don’t put it in it. Have it on the side and dip. It’s pure bliss.

But it’s gotta be a simple potato salad with not too much mayo. Just enough to mix everything together.

Golden yukons
Celery
Onion
Green onion
Parsley
Dukes mayo
Creole mustard

Yeah, unlike pizza, which is fairly good even when it's mediocre, wings can be pretty gross if done poorly or of bad quality.
