Not really man, its appealing and hard to stop. I can spend an entire weekend smoking, it is a cheap hobby and with variations in material and spice rubs you can engineer such different flavors. Kim addicted and I dont even want to stop

I smoked for years and quit. I must say I enjoyed every puff.

All the bullshite smoke breaks they take too, it’s another extra lunch break a day

Let them smoke, it's their choice and they enjoy it. Just don't throw the butts out of the car window or on the ground.

Nope, just like I won't feel sorry for my brother who at 53 was diagnosed with COPD, had a bypass at 42 and another one at 53. His entire adult life he always made excuses and claims that other things cause health problems also and ppl who don't smoke can have health issues. He did it to himself, you can't fix stupid.

Smoked for over a decade - quitting isn't nearly as easy as you think it is, but please continue to act as the perfect human in a sea of inferiors.

I sometimes don't understand it. I am a very odd anomaly in that I didn't get a addicted, but got sick of them. I used to smoke... when studying abroad it was damn near a pack a day. Over time i slowly naturally cut down until I was down to one cigarette after work... then I would only be able to smoke a half a cigarette before getting tired of it. Finally one day I lit my my traditional post work cig, took one puff and realized I just didn't want it. Haven't had one since. My wife followed same pattern... makes it hard for me to understand how people can't quit

Winter must suck for a smoker.
I smoked when I was in undergrad and actually much preferred smoking in the winter.
The cold, crisp air made for a much more pleasant environment to smoke in.
Smoking in the dense, humid summer air was terrible.

My next post will be about fatties and their inability to push away from the feed bag because they are filling an emotional void with food.
See you around lunchtime.

If you like cigarette smoking, why not switch to vaping? Vaping makes pleasant clouds, cigarettes make stink clouds.

I am sure it is not but at the same time these people who are always quitting and never succeed is bullshite. Them people didn't truly want to quit.

I guess that I feel bad for smokers but don't consider them 'weak'. I've never smoked but am guessing that I would also have a difficult time quitting if I had developed the habit for multiple years.
Only a couple of decades ago, it was the cool thing to do with everyone wanting to be like the famous actors in movies (or the cool crowd in high school). Now, it's a complete 180 with it being considered the lowest of the low.

I feel bad for the ones that wise up and gather the strength to finally quit successfully, but then get cancer anyway.
Posted on 7/3/18 at 10:35 am to Covingtontiger77
most smokers I know will tell you quickly they don't even want to quit.

I quit smoking over 4 years ago, best decision of my life
