In 1994 my wife’s cousin and I got paired with David Duke at City Park South Course on a busy Sunday afternoon. Didn’t realize it was him until the 3rd hole when he took off his big floppy hat and sunglasses to apply more sunscreen; when the starter paired him with us he introduced himself as Dave. When he asked where I was from and told him Hahnville he said”Great football team last year but too many n$#&*@$ for me.” That’s when we knew who he was for sure.

frick that.. Just that attitude in general.. You don't want to join a group so they try to intimidate you. You should have told that fat frick you don't have to be part of some group just to make yourself feel like you have purse.

In college I shared an apartment with a guy from Ecuador. Very nice and friendly fellow actually, we got along great. The two skinheads next door to us were not nice at all to my roommate.

They had a little grill painted silver with a Nazi swastika on top. The first time my roommate met them they were grilling outside. He said "That smells very good" in heavily accented Spanish and they told him "Damn right it does, it's a white man's barbeque!" Since I'm a white guy they invited me inside a couple of times, they had old Nazi war propaganda posters on the walls everywhere and such. If I'd seen it on the news I would have thought it was fake but it wasn't.

A few months later they were busted by the cops in a drug raid, never saw them again.

I'd gotten to know one of the pair a little, he'd apparently had a *very* rough childhood and I got the impression that a lot of the attitude was simply protection from the rest of the world. They were really messed up through no fault of their own, it made me want to find their parents and torture them slowly.

Yeah, in the documentary I was watching, the organization this one guy ran... they moved their headquarters to Detroit. He said it was a fertile recruiting ground because.. Well, because Detroit is a shite hole and there are a lot of white people there, with no job, etc.. Looking for something.. So I would imagine that is how many people get wrapped up in it.

I know one. He's upper middle class, from an upper middle class background and has a professional job. Successful with a successful wife and a couple ideal aryan kids. He's more Richard Spencer than Kletus the Klansman, but it's nonetheless pretty creepy.
