My friend told me about meeting some white supremacists at a bar this past Fall. A couple of biker looking guys sitting at the bar that he started cutting it up with. Said they were kind of telling dirty jokes. My buddy references the Dave Chappelle's Clayton Bigsby saying, "if anyone's going to have sex with my sister, it's gonna be me!" They get all serious with him and say something like "Listen, we don't play with that shite. Arian Brotherhood." That ended that interaction. Said, "To each their own," paid, and walked out.
Yes, in 2017 these people were still around.
ETA: There's also a pretty interesting, at least in my opinion, story about my uncle who used to be an undercover agent with the ATF. On a case he worked on he went undercover with the KKK. Some guy wrote a book about the case a few years ago.

I've met one before when I worked at Canes. He tried to bring his food back because we had a black guy in the kitchen cooking. Yeah frick that shite.

I think I’ve only met one truly racist hate-filled white person in my life.
I’ve known several people who may be a little prejudiced and might make off color jokes here and there, but when it comes down to it they don’t really hate anybody.
