What hand do you left handed bars wear watches/rings?

I’m fairly ambidextrous. I go from left to right from sport to sport, but mainly right.
I do shoot a gun left handed and write left handed however.
I’ve always work a watch on my right hand so as to not mess up the bezzle’s while writing.
I’ve recently been inherited a nice Chinese panda gold right that fits my rig fingers perfect and I’d like to sport it, but I don’t want to scuff it up.
Which hand do you lefties where rings on?

I wear mine on the right hand. Don't have rings though. It's too irritating when you are writing to put on your left. FYI I'm ambidextrous too. Usually isn't an issue. If I'm wearing a watch, I'm not doing anything active.

I wear my watch on my right wrist. I can only wear rings on my left. Right hand feels funky with rings. I’m too aware of them.

I'm left-handed although I do shoot basketball right-handed. Also I'm southpaw when I box but I have more power in my right hand.
