You're technically correct in a vacuum, however he also didn't use a turn signal and was found to not have insurance.
You know that people ignoring traffic laws and recklessly driving shitty unlicensed and uninsured vehicles are one of the biggest problems in Louisiana.
Also, a specific duty of a sect of the police department is to enforce traffic laws.
Traffic and patrol cops are not the same as homicide detectives.
But I wouldn't expect anything but blind ignorance, vitriolic rhetoric, and hyper exaggeration from Gary Chambers.

If you disagree with the laws, march your rear over to the State Capitol for the next session and do something about it rather than having a beef with those placed in charge of enforcing them
