Scottlandville science teacher killed in BR Thursday morning.

quote:

"This was a good kid," said Baton Rouge Police Chief Murphy Paul. "There's just too many murders."

You know, at some point it's just going to become a lawless hellhole in Baton Rouge. Under Mayor Doom, it's trending into total chaos around here, and North BR is going to be like a Mad Max style gauntlet before her first term is over.

I don't know if St. George is even capable of rescuing the parish. It really might be too far gone.

this is starting to become inexcusable, hopefully for the fringe voters as well.

How about a comment on the case and a request for anyone with information to come forward? Has it gotten so bad that the fricking Chief of Police’s only response is that there are too many murders?

I wonder if Chief Paul is ready to get back to writing speeding tickets yet.

Black killings after killings after killings...

Meanwhile people like Broom, Gravy, and other race baiters of BR are ignoring black on black killings and just waiting for a white cop do give a black person the stink eye, then it's on

Honestly feel sorry for you baws that live there. After LSU, I couldn't wait to GTFO of there and that was before BR totally went to shite.

You guys need better administrators.....and obviously a Mayor is committed to cleaning up the city.

Wafb said he was shot 9 times. I doubt that was a random murder

She’s in over her head

She should be working as a secretary of an elementary school...not the mayor of a state capital

Is there a certain description of a suspect we should be on the lookout for?

They conveniently left off the next part where he threw up his hands and said: “Oh well...whatcha gonna do?”

Is this one of those murders that gets a candlelight vigil because the victim was such a good guy? We haven't seen one of those since the student from McKinley High was killed.

He pinpointed the overall issue. Now if only we had some sort of force that would prevent and investigate these murders effectively.
