It’s a beach cop, not typically the best, it certainly appears he didn’t like being told he was wrong. She is likely jersey trash so we will just have to see when more details come out.

The excuse of "I had my baby with me" does not hold water. That should be more reason for her to be courteous.
He was wrong, but she is wrong too. And she is not "Jersey trash". She is from Philly, another fine bastion of civilization and good manners.

What she blew is moot.
As a minor it is against the law to possess alcohol....provising the officer with cause to detain and arrrest.
Chances are had she kept her mouth shut she would have got off with a warning.
