I am not saying they should handcuff the person and wear them out but everyone deserves one or two good pops after doing something like that.

Trolling or just too dumb to read anything that was written in the OP or my comment? I hope you get kicked in the balls.

Therefore I asked them don’t they have something better to do as cops than to stop people for underage drinking on the beach

That doesn't seem like an unreasonable question for a 20 year old to ask.

No you apply logic that cops are going to react but do not use the logic to the people that they are provoking.

White privilege.

Any other person of color would have been maced, tased or shot at.

But at least we are having the discussion.

I have no doubt her story is whitewashed but arresting a 20 year old for drinking

When you clicked on the link and read the story, did you catch the part where it said she was not drinking and the breathalyzer came up negative?

He attacked her because she had a smart mouth and was not respecting his authority. While being attacked, she spit on him and kicked him in the balls.

She appears to weigh about 100 pounds. The punches were retribution for the spitting and kicking. He clearly started the physicality, which seems to be unwarranted. They will settle.

If she would’ve kept her mouth shut she probably would’ve gotten off with nothing more than a warning.

She blew 0.0 why are the cops wasting their time on her?

You buying this bullshite story?
quote:

Weinman said she didn’t give the officer her name because she “didn’t do anything wrong.” Weinman claims the officer then announced he was going to arrest her and walked toward her to place her in handcuffs.

“I tripped and fell and the cop tackled me to the ground and smashed my head into the sand,” Weinman wrote. “At that point I blacked out and fought any way possible trying to get up and push him off me.”

Tripped and fell? . You just wanted to throw the "bootlicker" term around, and you don't care how stupid you had to look to work it in.

Did it say she blew 0.0 or just that she wasn't over the limit?

I literally said that she was white washing her story. However it’s reasonable to assume she hadn’t been drinking since she wasn’t charged with public intoxication.

In a Facebook post, Weinman stated she and her friend were first confronted by two officers. While she admitted to being in possession of alcohol while underage, Weinman claims she wasn’t drinking at the time and that the alcohol was closed. She also said she took a breathalyzer test which came back negative

She claims she did via Facebook. She also claims she tripped and fell into the officer

Because she was unable to shut her mouth. The new thing with cops is wanting to bend people's will and force respect. Had she been courteous and tried to keep her mouth shut she would have been harassed a little, then let go.

They are going to settle for about $350k. The lawyer will get about 45%.

It's also reasonable to assume this twat deserved everything that happened to her. Just admit you just wanted to use that dumb term and we can move on.

None of the charges have anything to do with being drunk (excluding the MIP charge). Yes, you can still get in trouble even if you aren’t drunk. They may drop the charges, but the damage is done and millions of people now know of this shite head.

Nah, I'm basing it off of what was presented in the story.
