Video clearly shows the officers abuse of power. She dindu nuffin. Just minding her own and WHAM! tackled and punched by the police, causing her to blackout and accidentally graze his groin with her toe. Luckily, someone was filming and they decided not to execute her right there. She finna get paid, son.

Incorrect

Hibel v Nevada supports police being able to identify you in the course of an investigation.

Meh, I’ve seen better side-boob on the parade grounds in the fall.

That doesn't seem like an unreasonable question for a 20 year old to ask.

Maybe I'm suspicious, but somehow I doubt those are the actual words she used in her question. Maybe there were a few cuss words and insults thrown in, you know.

White/black/yellow/brown/man or woman. Comply and don't resist.

Is the cop right? Absolutely NOT, but acting out will only make things worse if it's a good or bad law enforcement officer.

Play nice as any mature adult should and it'll be over quickly with less splash damage and less thence of an arse whoopin or worse at the hands of an officer sick of dealing with agitators.

My preference of title would have been "Drunk Underage Girl Allegedly Kicks Cop in the Nuts and He in Front of God and Everyone Else Punches Back at Her - Karma!".

I understand and agree she deserved a harsh takedown if that's what happened. I can only comment on what I actually saw.

Unfortunately a lot of these cell phone recorded clips against LEO's seem like 'after the fact' slam pieces.

Not only is the Cop/Cops going to lose his/their jobs, the girl, and any attorney worth the business, is going to sue the PD, and win. Cop lost his cool, broke rule #1

Dont lose your fricking cool, and act like an idiot in front of witnesses, that will eventually testify against you.

Don't think so. Officer will be fine.

She became assaultive so striking her is allowed per Use of Force Continuum.

I thought rule #1 for police officers was to always make sure that you make it home at the end of the day.
