In other words Jeff Bezos and 10 other people worth as much it more than him would have to generate and donate over 100 Billion dollars a year.
And that's just 20 million at 50,000 a year. The USA currently has 300,000,000, people in it and half of those pay nothing already. And have massive health problems.
