I wear those in brown or green to work everyday to work. Carhartt or CE Schmidt (from TSC).

It's the only jeans I own. I own 5 pairs. They're extremely functional and comfortable

The place I retired from gave them jeans. I still use them around the yard.

I have a couple of pair that I wear when I know I'll be on a job site.
Its a shame that people have made painters jeans and cargo pants/shorts so taboo. Those bitches were comfortable and useful, especially since carrying around a smart phone is like having a small baking sheet in your pocket.
