So I have to take a physical for my new life insurance policy. As anyone who has gone through the process knows, you have to be under a 25 BMI to get the best rates. I need to lose about 5-6 lbs to get there.
I lift 4-5 days a week. I have a 32-33 waist. It is not going to be easy to find 6 lbs to lose.

BMI was originally created for census population studies. To be used as it is today is dumb.

I am skinny and in good shape like you OP.
If i drink alot of alcohol, I am legit 6-8 lbs lighter the next morning

I’m the opposite. Alcohol dehydrates you so much that I’m a couple lbs less after a night of drinking.

Maybe we should start pushing that this is discrimination towards fit people??
I sent an email to our HR complaining about this last year, I even stated that they mean to tell me the fittest guy in the world (Mat Fraser) is considered overweight/obese? Told them they should test body fat instead. They acknowledged my complaint but didn’t do shite about it.

Just get your body into ketosis for a few days and you will be amazed at the pace that you will burn any fat.
