Crawfish Boil Seasonings

It's that time again for boiling crawfish and I'm wondering what everyone uses for seasoning. Is there really one that is better than anything else?

I've tried a few different ones, including all zataran's variations, swampfire, Slap Ya Mama, Chackbay, and Louisiana.
Swampfire was probably my least favorite. I used Zat's extra spicy for several years but kinda got tired of the taste. I've done Chackbay once and it seemed a little over hyped...it seems to be all the rage on this board. Louisiana mix gets the job done and is reasonably priced. I still prefer Slap Ya Mama over all, but I may try adding some chinese red pepper if I can find it, just to mix things up.
Taste is subjective, so it really depends on what you like. To me, Zats tastes too artificial and turns your water a really nasty and unnatural orange color.
You can modify any mix by adding other stuff. I like adding hot peppers (jalapenos, serranos, habaneros) to my boil. I liquified a bunch of serranos and habaneros in a blender for my last boil and the end result was really good.
ETA - I always add at least 8 oz of Louisiana or Zat's liquid seasoning to every boil. I haven't noticed much difference between the two.

BRGetthenet hasn't posted chackay in here yet? He's getting slow.

Cajunland is my recommendation. I tried Chackbay from this board's recommendation last year and it was good, but the Chinese red pepper gave it a bit of taste that I didn't like nearly as much as Cajunland.
I use to use Zat's extra spicy too, it had some effects that Cajunland and Chackbay doesn't seem to cause. Worse on my stomach and made me swell real bad.
It's all about what spices you like in yours, so you just have to try them.

I use my own but its probably closest to Louisiana out of all the store brands

I've tried them all over the years just to see if I'm missing something better. I always gravitate back to La Fish Fry.
I prefer zat's liquid crab boil over the others. Always add a bottle in my boil.

I dont use anything but Louisianan. I tried Zats and I dont care for it. I tried Swamp Fire and all the others. Louisiana gives the best flavor imo.

Louisiana dry seasoning and Zatarains liquid.

I liked chackbay when I tried it. I usually use zats.

I use a combo of Chackbay with Zats liquid , salt and red pepper.

There was one brand last year the entire FB was going apeshit over. Can't remember the name though.

I'm pretty loyal to a brand called Swamp Dust. Combine that with some zats liquid.
Tried Chackbay last year, really liked it. Could never get it right on the first batch but always really liked the second.
If I can't get it consistent every time, I eventually quit.

I did 2 bags in 100 qt along with 1.5 boxes of salt and 8 oz liquid zats

I messed around with Chackbay last year, not going to fool with it this year. I like a LA/Cajunland mix, plus some Zat's liquid. It's easy to over-complicate things.

Cajunland, add a .50 cent garlic powder, onion powder, and celery salt.
Best there is.

I posted 3 ingredients that weren’t the produce and crawfish
