re: Trump's Lawyers Make Recommendation On Whether He Should Meet Mueller

This is old news. Yet very underreported for some reason. Trump's lawyers sent honest Bob citations showing they could ask others something POTUS could abe asked, he has to be the only person that can answer to question him as a sitting POTUS.
Also it is said that in order to question a POTUS there must be a charge, a crime, a rhyme a reason.

There is only one coward here, and her name is Rex.

Just get it over with and do it. How hard is it not to lie for a day or two?
The alternatives to not agreeing to an interview could be worse.

Has anyone on the left, with a high profile on a case the public needed to know about, gotten on the stand and pleaded the 5th in recent years. Just wondering

in this setting? pretty much impossible for any human
that's why you never talk to the feds
there is a reason so many of their high profile prosecutions end up with simply a plea to lying to federal officials

what? how?
talking to the feds puts you in danger of their bullshite "lying to the feds" safety net charge
not talking removes this entirely
you also can't get more charges for not talking, especially in a high profile situation like this. that's a threat that local cops use against DWI suspects without attorneys, bro

I still say what was good enough for HRC in her interview with investigators should be good enough for DJT.
Plus I would love for leftist to come out against it to watch the spin

frick you. You don't know shite about attorneys. All you ever do is come in here and yap like a frickin chihuahua that just finished getting a Drudge fix.
drumph and his minions created the shite pile they are in and no amount of screaming fake news is going to save them. Let that orange turd face Mueller and answer questions like the man he and you knob slobbering zeros think he is.

Looks like he has been advised not to do it
Unless they can tell him what CRIME they are questioning him about, he should tell them to GTFO.
And if it is a crime they are investigating, tell him they will see him in the Grand Jury.

Wtf do you know about attorneys?
You sound like a moron.

He can be subpoenaed to appear before a grand jury. I guess at the end of the day he could assert the Fifth but that will also carry negative consequences. Just prepare for the interview and do it. I think he can do it.

And that right there is typical of the willing and lazy ignorance that pervades this forum. Mueller is not the FBI.
He was FBI director for 12 years, making him the longest standing FBI director in history, shitbag. Not to mention he has many on his payroll and many of whom, have direct connections to the Clintons.
You've been absent from the board for a while. That was a good thing. All you do is troll, and you have never produced a factual statement in anything you've ever posted. Just go away, simpleton.

Same rules as HRC got OK with you?

There's no point to discuss things with Decatur in good faith.
Just laugh at him and move on.

That won't happen, I guarantee it. Doing so would cast an even bigger negative light on the already corrupted "special council".

I'm giving you more credit than Rex in stating that you know this would be a stupid move by any person to give the interview with people that have been exposed to be on a fishing expedition.

there is pretty much no fricking way a SP would supoena a sitting President for a grand jury, bro. that would be insanity

or executive privilege. i mean what would they do in that case? it's a grand jury, not a regular proceeding

like what?

how can he prepare for an interview when he's not even certain what he's being investigated for, specifically?
look at the manafort charges. it deals with behaviors almost a decade ago. what if they start asking Trump about potential shite from well before he was in politics? how can you prepare for 40 years of life that can lead to potential questions?
even Southern Law grads know that's a stupid situation you never put your clients in
