I think it was Monday for my wife and I. Not a joke.
About $700k in retirement accounts. $150k in home equity. Another $150 in cash and short term accounts.
Then the market dropped in recent days so we’re at around $995,000. We were joking about finally being “millionaires.” I also get it’s not really that much money if we paid the penalties on early withdrawals.
We’re 42 and 41 years old. We each make about $65k with no kids or debt besides the house.

Are you counting the unrealized estimated equity in your house in "net worth"?
Liquidity was not mentioned in the OP.

I don't know. I can't remember my net worth ever being < $1M.

Don't have a million liquid accessible but the day my my father in law passed away, my wife became 1/4 interest to a trust that is worth a large amount. If the trustee sells some of the LA county commercial real estate, it's on.

Ascension Parish... there are too many variables to really get a good long term outlook on the future of independent pharmacy... the short term, it's fine...
