Probably some field hands and maybe a field office manager or two.

OK, I will create some action items we can work on. As long as we take a holistic approach, we should be good

We need to request a resource from the PMO for a scrum master.

I honestly don’t see a huge point of a scrum master. Our scrum calls are a waste of time. The chick who runs them is so shy that she doesn’t actually do a damn thing other than ask them “is there anything bad today,” and if there is, she doesn’t even do anything with that information.

Seriously though, since I’ve been reviewing a lot of UI, from a functional standpoint, there’s no reason why end users should have to deal with anshirty product. I talk with our UI developer a lot and he does say that the code can be tricky if the UI is reading other systems, but the user never should see the impact of that.

We use it for payroll, vacation, sick time. Performance evaluations are pretty easy to do if you can use a computer

We use it and the only folks who complain about it are functionally retarded with technology.

Of all the ERP software providers I have administered or been involved with implementing it is by far the best.

The only issues I ever have seem to be configuration related. I have have a job requisition my inbox that will not let me cancel it, and it's driving me nuts.

Most likely someone on our HR side set it up so that I can't do that, and that's not Workday's fault.

The UX could use some work, as not every "action" is very discoverable.

My gosh, what a freaking terrible system. It’s like it was designed by aliens. Workday has to have the greatest salespeople on the planet because their product sucks beyond belief.

It gets easier as time goes on but yes, that system sucks at first implementation
