But DJ Chark has looked good in the senior bowl.

For a later round WR, Justin Watson of Penn caught my eye in the game as well. He appears to get a good release off the line, and Mayock was praising him as well.

A later round QB: Kyle Lauletta has looked like a stud in this game. Very athletic, solid arm strength, and accurate.

I love DJ Chark.

He'd be awesome on this offense.

We need a slot guy not one like him. He plays the same position as Ginn.

I agree, a 3rd down weapon is the highest priority on offense IMO - but we have to keep replacing Ginn in mind for the future, too. He is 32 years old.

I've said for a couple months now I like how chark would fit with us he has that robert meachem frame & speed about him & honestly I thinks he's better than he was at LSU considering the offensive problem's there.

Replacing Ginn should definitely be in the thought process. Thomas and Chark would be an effective combo, especially in another year or so.

Only goofballs like or dislike college talent based on the schools they went to. That’s said, Chark’s size, speed, and agility combination has looked like he could possibly be elite since he got to LSU. Their style of play limited much of what we saw from him during game time.

He's going to continue to climb draft boards. Might run a 4.3 at the combine, I'm expecting low 4.4; and measure close to 6' 3".

Well Ginn is in his mid 30s so he isn’t going to able to keep this up much longer and the reports I saw out of the practices was that he was also excelling in the slot.

I feel like I am obliged to retract my statements about DJ Chark. The dude showed up against his peers and showed out.

Would be a solid asset to CJ teaching him and playing opposite MT13.

I agree that we need a a lot receiver, Braxton Berrios could fit that mold in the later rounds as well

I haven’t seen anything with the Senior Bowl, but I have to disagree with this statement. He had his 2 worst games against Bama & ND.

Yeah I love Berrios.
Chark is probably going to go 2nd round and we have more needs than that.
Ginn will be good for another few years cause his speed.
This will be last year of his contract and if sign him for two more after

5 catches for 160 yards and a touchdown in the Senior bowl. Follow that up with a good combine and he’s a 2nd rounder potentially. WRs are only as good as the QB that gets them the ball.

Chark has always had all of the measurables but didn't always perform up to standard at LSU. He'll be a relatively high pick but he's not another obj imo.
