Interception: LINK

vs.

Field goal: LINK

I'm asking this because apparently LSU fans would rather overturn a call that wouldn't have even won us the SEC West vs. one that would've given us a great shot at finishing off the greatest season in CFB history.

Bama ended up scoring on that drive. That play was a game changer

With that said, I would have preferred OSU won that game allowing us to play them.

There is nothing in that video that says to me he DEFINITELY made that kick.

Pretty clear to me Peterson didn’t have 3 feet inbounds.

The PP7 call was more outrageous knowing that they reviewed it and still got it wrong even with a clear divot in the ground where his foot was.
But i’m biased obviously.

I’m just saying that even the guys on fox nfl Sunday were talking about the PP no call. It would’ve been ruled a INT in the pros.

But the FG was a more important play.

Interception. Ritter might as well have lubed up, bent over, and let Nick penetrate him.

The worse call is obviously the interception. I don't see anything conclusive about the kick being good or not.

My memory is fuzzy, but the PP INT didn't bug me that much, because it wasn't like we were moving the ball when we had it - much less scoring.

Allowing the INT just prolongs the inevitable.

Somebody correct me if I'm remembering this wrong.

the PP7 int was bad, but I've seen multiple worse reversals/non-reversals in the NFL this season alone.

Its not really comparable to the missed fg in question, because they made the right call on that one.

PP7 was not only an egregious call, but it was upheld on review on spite of clear and convincing evidence. It was Al Riveron level bad.

LSU fans intentionally ignore the fact that had Peterson's attempt been ruled an interception they still have to march down the field and score a TD to win the game.

While certainly possible, it was still more unlikely than not, given LSU's QB and the situation.

So even had they gotten the call, they still likely lose anyway.
