They were using some form of encryption and my theory all along has been that the initial release had nothing to do with the content and everything to do with the fact that the text were recovered.

He truly is the worst hire Trump has ever made. Trump should've fired him after he recused himself.
I literally can't think of a single good thing that Sessions did that will have a lasting permanent effect.
