Panthers fired offensive coordinator Mike Shula and QB coach Ken Dorsey, and also poised to lose DC Steve Wilks, who’s interviewing for Giants’ HC job today. Changes in Carolina.

It’s about time they got rid of Shula.

I'd sign up for Shula at this point. Pretty average NFL OC.

Good, they can all go.

Did you see how bad the D was in crunch time all year? Wilks was a damn joke with his constant blitzing and no pressure.

Should we be concerned that we might lose Ensminger to the Panthers? shite, now we have to worry about both our OC and DC being poached every offseason?

That’s a pretty big melt for a team that made the playoffs and nearly won their division

You say that now but his play calling was very predictable and there were several times where he called deep passing routes on 3rd and manageable. He rarely made adjustments.

He runs power spread concepts and has been successful at the highest level.

I realize he's not flashy, but a guy who has proven to be able to implement a dominant spread running game along with a pro-style passing tree is waaaaaay better than what we're looking at.

He's done a decent job with McCaffery and he definitely understands getting the matchups he wants. The Saints were on their heels the entire game.

Might not be a bad option. College and Pro experience, former QB and he is actually a good recruiter.
