Fun fact: Relationship "guru" John Gray ("Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus") is married and divorced from another relationship guru of the nineties, Barbara De Angelis.

She has been married at least five times - as of 1995.

I had a feeling you were heading this direction....

They want your medical opinion, not your advice on children...

Professional advice doesn't count. That's just logical.

That’s not really parental advice. It’s medical advice.

What if the parent asks the childless person for advice on stuff regarding their kids?

If a parent is asking a school teacher about learning and development advice or a medical professional about how to heal an ailment or prevent one. sure. That's acceptable.

As a childless adult the most annoying is having parents tell me about their kids

I'm sure your advice wasn't nearly as innocent or medical related as you feel it came across.

but many childless adults care for dogs. It's the same, right?

Divorced folks can give advice on how to get married, maybe not how to stay married other than "well, don't do THIS..."

Kid advice is the most annoying. If you ain’t been there you don’t know shite. Especially when someone has MULTIPLE children. If you have 3 or more small children your life is just a daily struggle to survive until bedtime for like 20 years.

This is true. I love my kids, but a lot of the time, I don't like them.
