He made less at USC and $122,000 doesn't go along way in L.A. like it does in the south.
In this situation they haven't giving him the GM position like he had here at lsu and he is not happy about it. On the Tenn247 website they said he hasn't signed his contract yet and if they don't fix it it might not go trough so who knows.

He left once and came back. Do we take him back again?

Are we that desperate?

If he can keep Canada and Aranda from leaving then yes.

How many times does he get to pull this, though?

AT can come back. LSU was his big break & I get the going home thing. But I have been away from my home for a long time & I wouldn't go back necessarily just bc it was home. It would take much more than just that. Maybe since LSU & he made each others mark together, then LSU may be his home for now until if he decides if he wants to be a GM in the NFL.

Of course we do. I guarantee you this was a tough decision for him and he left on good terms.

When his name started popping up regarding UT, I dismissed the rumors because I didn't think any new staff would have the trust that Orgeron and company had in him. I assume UT will get this sorted out, but he had to know there would be a feeling out period before he got the kind of autonomy he had at LSU.
