Laugh all you want at other posters. Again, appears you lack what many of us point out is a huge red flag with him....he may kill it in the NFL...hope he does, but he has huge red flags

That’s why you work the third shift at the Dairy Queen instead.

You trolling? He has huge red flags for the type of money being paid to first rounders. To say he doesn't tells me that you are either trolling, or dumb as dirt.

Nope that is why people like you work for me, while I am at home sleeping. I don't take risk on people with questionable character and poor work ethic.

I think it’s a mistake if he sits. Maybe he’s really hurt but if he can he needs to play. The media has talked about him already about the ND game. They expect him to play and I think he will get roasted if he doesn’t. NFL gm’s are watching close and because he took a leave and missed a lot early imo it’s best for him to play.

You nailed it. You can tell the people that will never be successful, without changes. Hard to relate to that mentality, but I was raised with pride, integrity, heart. There are still many players out there that do have those qualities.

Always easy to spot the low character posters. Usually, not always, a direct correlation to success and failure in life.

You don't have the slightest fricking clue what you're babbling about.

Holy frick. What a joke you are. How are the two situations even vaguely comparable?

Its the nature of the beast now with the amount of money the NFL offers. With that much money on the line its changing priorities for these lesser bowl games.

You wish, shithead.

I don’t doubt you’re home sleeping ... hoping the unemployment check comes in today.

Fact is, potential first round picks are more and more going to be sitting out these shite bowls, and I don’t blame them.

Want them to play? Let’s become playoff-relevant.

But that usually doesn’t happen when a moron Athletic Director hires a career-position coach for HC.

It's too bad we can't use the 'R......d' word any more. If he just busted his arse and had a stand-out game, he'd up his draft stock significantly. IMO, he needs it.

If you think there is ANYWAY he slips past the 7th pick at worst in the draft you are crazy! If you want a recent example of someone who tried less than he did look at Clowney. Not only did he barely play his Junior year, but Spurier came out and called him out right before the draft as lazy and he still was picked #1. He also had WAY less production in college than Key has had playing in the same conference. I'm sorry, you are looking at this with purple and gold glasses and not living in reality. He will probably be a top 5 pick, but he definitely will not slide into the 10-15 range.

This is the second time I've seen a Clowney comparison. Big difference is Clowney is a bit bigger than Key. Key is a lot more like Mingo than he is Clowney. He gets by on SPEED and speed alone pretty much. When Key put on this weight and he was around 265 he was slow and unathletic.

Clowney was an imposing figure physically and from a quickness standpoint. Key is all about getting around the edge with a speed rush. There's a big difference there.

Key may still get taken in the Top 10 or so picks even if he skips out on another opportunity to prove himself (against a top OT), but if he doesn't and he fumbles down the draft, we all know exactly why. It's tough for a lot of NFL teams to put that much money and expectations on someone who basically quit on himself and his team a bit in his money year in college.

Key could dispell any notions of effort if he came back and played at an elite level for a whole season. Certainly could have a bad injury too, but again, if I'm an NFL team I'm not banking a 1st round pick on him as it stands.

I am not a draft expert by any means but after this year, I would not expect Key to sniff anything close to a top ten pick.

He's going to have a lot of tough questions to answer at the combine. I would imagine whatever did happen to him all this off-season may finally get out.

I love how people bashed the people who knocked on Debo in the Deon Jones thread, yet those same bashers are now knocking down one of our one whule they're still at school
