So really, where's Canada spending his time recruiting?

Are the cameras just on the other coaches or are they the only ones sending in pics/updates?
Is he strategically focused on just a couple tough long shots?
If he's doing some personal interviewing, I'm all for that and think it's healthy, but come on, who's he going after?

Why wouldn't you ask this question on the recruiting board where posters who follow recruiting can answer?

Honestly, because I completely forgot about the recruiting board. It's usually a couple inches deeper than I care to be.
This is less a question about recruiting and more about why a key coach seems to be completely out of the mix. My guess is that he's probably going after tough recruits but even so, think he should also get some limelight.

You are seeing pictures of maybe 5% of the recruits these coaches are visiting. So, the odds of not seeing Canada in a picture is higher than the chances of seeing him.
Its been reported here that he was with Oregeron recruiting somebody last week. Stop trying to stir up the retards.

Some posters on the recruiting board are knee deep into this stuff and can provide better answers. They follow who and where coaches are recruiting.
This issue invariably turns into a Coach O hate/love fest on this board without an answer.

And is why this board is becoming the worst board on this site. Well I guess it’s a tie with the SEC rant. They like to thank they are better but they are exactly the same.

They said on BR sports talk radio last week that Canada and Aranda both are not on the road recruiting as much once they found out bowl opponent. They are both staying on campus to prep for bowl game, which I’ve heard of them doing before, while all the other assistants spend time recruiting away from campus.

Was wondering the same thing. I actually like seeing the work of the full staff and think the lack of media attention may be by design. My guess is the marketing will shift to Canada and even a little more Aranda soon.
Back to your point...Recognizing that there is speculation, it sure would be nice to highlight activity. As you've experienced by the responses to your simple and valid question, even if it's just to quell the naysayers, know-it-alls and drama queens.
