No disrespect, but damn how being a HC at ULL is at all enticing is beyond me.
How being the HC at ULL is somehow going to spring Board you to a top job somewhere else i have no idea.
Much rather make bank at a program that actually matters, even if it’s a Coordiator spot.

ULL is a strong program for its level with a lot of resources. The Sun Belt is a relatively low-pressure conference that could definitely land a big job.

Do well and move up to a better program. Don't do so well and go back to being a coordinator without the failure happening on a big stage.

Yep. The trick is knowing qhen to make the jump. Hud should have moved on 4 years ago when he was a somewhat hot name.

Why's that? He obviously really wants to be a head coach and there's only so many of those jobs available.
I don't remember people creating all of this drama when Frank Wilson took the UTSA job, which was much, much worse than the ULL job.
